"How can I book a shoot?"
Select a package or service of your choice, and notify me through Email (northviewoptics@gmail.com), or phone/text (250-289-0948).
"How long do you take to deliver photos?"
All photos are provided with a 48 hour turn-around time.
"What forms of payment do you take?"
I accept either E-transfer, cash, or you have the option to pay with debit/credit, included in the invoice.
"Do you only offer services in Campbell River?"
No, I am not only limited Campbell River, and would be happy to travel further. A travel fee may apply depending on distance. Please give me notice in advance so I know ahead of time.
"Do you provide additional editing?"
I do provide additional editing to photos such as adding fire to fireplaces, item removal (item size dependent), and composition correction.
"When should I arrive for the shoot?"
Please aim to be at the house and ready 10-15 minutes before the shoot, that way I have time to walk around property, and do a small house prep if needed. It also frees time to ask you some questions about the home such as the types of things or features you want to highlight, ect.
"Do I need to show up to a Real Estate shoot?"
No, it is fine if you would like to leave a lockbox, hide key, ect. If you have any requests or comments for the shoot, please tell me before hand, and I will be sure to go over any instructions or preferences you might have.
